Citric acid is used when an acid environment is required for dyeing wool, silk and other protein fibres.

It is a mild acid and although not dangerous, please use a dust mask whilst handling the dry crystals to avoid inhaling the dust.

Use 1 tablspn of Citric Acid per Litre of water.
